We are an 81 bed skilled nursing facility, with a 10 bed dementia/Alzheimer's Unit.  Our Facility has both private and semi private rooms.  We are Joint Commission accredited since 2018.  Our Specialized services are as follows; PT/OT/Speech Therapy, Respiratory Therapy services, A designated wound care nurse and Plastic Surgeon rounding weekly, Hospice & Palliative Care Services, Respite care, Veteran Services, IV Therapy, Specialized COPD/CHF management with BiPAP, CPAP, & Trilogy Machines.
