We are professional people providing compassionate long-term and rehabilitation healthcare services. Currently, we are an 81-bed skilled nursing facility with a 10-bed dementia/Alzheimer's Unit. We are licensed by the State of Florida and certified for Medicare, Medicaid, and the Veteran's Administration. We also accept Private Plan Insurance and Hospice. Our facility has both private and semi-private rooms. We have been Joint Commission accredited since 2018. Our specialized services include: PT/OT/Speech Therapy, Respiratory Therapy, a designated wound care nurse and a Plastic Surgeon rounding weekly, Hospice & Palliative Care Services, Respite care, Veteran Services, IV Therapy, and Specialized COPD/CHF management with BiPAP, CPAP, & Trilogy Machines.
